Today we had ice cream sandwiches and read a book on the lawn. It was a lot of fun! There is no new homework for this weekend, however, I do have a few reminders.
Slips for grandparents day were due this week. Please return your slip if you haven't already, whether your child's grandparents are ordering food for lunch or not. We need to know how many people are coming for seating purposes.
Wolfgang Candy orders must be returned Monday!
Reading logs are due Monday! The goal is 50 minutes of reading a week!
Have a great weekend!
There is no written homework today. However, the spelling test is Friday, so please study! Also, please return all slips for grandparents day by Friday. Even if the grandparents are not ordering lunch, we still need to know everyone that's coming!
And most of all, enjoy the day off!

God bless and have a wonderful evening!
No homework tonight! Parents, please remember the home and school meeting tonight at 6:30 in the social hall.
Also, I want to remind everyone of the following dates:

*If you haven't finished your family tree, please do so tonight. Details are in postings below.
*The kids did a great job on the reading logs! As a class, we have already read 1,249 minutes! Remember the goal is at least 50 minutes a week and the log is due every Monday! Please add this week's minutes to the first log to conserve paper and when you need a new log, I will send one home.
*If you have any money, notes, or papers that need to go to me or the office, please send them in the Communication Folder if your child has it in his or her school bag that evening. I collect that folder and go through it every morning.
