Flat Stanley has returned to us from three different locations. So far he has traveled to the Dairyland, better known as Wisconsin. He traveled 1,093 miles! He saw black bear and snow that was over not only his head, but everyone's head! He returned from our great peninsula, Florida, 976 miles away, where he visited Lego Land and sat by the pool! He got to pick his own oranges and drive a golf cart! He also returned from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he played golf, ate fresh seafood, and went to the beach. He also picked some yellow jasmine, South Carolina's state flower. He even mailed home a sea shell for everyone in the class!
We look forward to seeing from where else Stanley will return to us! We've received some postcards and emails, but the kids anxiously await for him to return in an envelope to them!
