Flat Stanley has returned from a few more fascinating destinations! Flat Stanley has traveled 1,469 miles to Texas, 363 miles to West Virginia, 964 miles to Florida, and 1,046 miles to Arkansas. He has returned with amazing stories, postcards, pictures, and even some souvenirs. He has gone to high school, to work, to volunteer at an animal rescue, to the beach, and even to President Clinton's Library. He saw bears and armadillos and he ate fried catfish, authentic Mexican food, and squirrel stew. The kids are learning a lot about our country from Flat Stanley and all the wonderful people that have hosted him in their home! Please thank those family members that have hosted Stanley, because they have all done a wonderful job so far!
