We've had some great special events in the past few weeks at school. First, Ms. Pam and her many volunteers put on a great winter carnival with tons of prizes for all students. And you can't have a carnival without yummy food! Ms. Pam made sure all students received cotton candy and popcorn at the carnival. This past week, Dr. Ross orthodontics did a presentation on good oral hygiene for our first and second graders and gave out some great take-aways! We also had Gettysburg College bring in a water cycle model for all the students to see the water cycle in action. In the land container, the water cycles out of the lake and up into the cloud, where it turns back into water and rains to the ground. The visual really helps students understand the water cycle!
