The first grade students met with their prayer partners on Friday and went outside to be scientists. They have learned recently about how scientists, specifically ecologists, observe nature and record the information. The first graders observed many things, while their fourth grade prayer partners recorded their findings through writings and drawings. They observed bugs, locust shells, leaves, seeds, spider webs, and many other things.
