On Wednesday of this week we were so inundated with "bumps" in the schedule, it was difficult to get much in! We had a fire drill, practice singing for mass with Mrs. Boll, a bonus music class with Mr. Colgan to get the Christmas show planning started, gym class, and band instrument lessons! That was quite a bit to juggle!
Thursday wasn't quite as loaded, but we had time to practice for mass.
On Friday, back to business! Our liturgy memorial mass for Mrs. Mummert's mother went beautifully. I was proud of the readers and cantors and particularly those who needed an additional nudge to stand and read/sing in front of everyone. And the first time altar servers were complimented by Msgr. Lyons as well. The students were great!
We were then surprised with the news that we were dismissing early! I didn't see that coming. Boo rain! Say a prayer for my basement!
Tuesday: English - Graded Classwork - Nouns practice (common, proper, singular, plural, possessive)
