I cannot believe we have completed our year together! The children have grown so much! We are very proud of our little graduates! They did a fantastic job performing at our graduation ceremony! Thank you again to all of our parents for sharing your little blessings with us!
There is a copy of the slideshow presentation below. If you would like a copy of it or of any pictures, please let me know. You can bring a flash drive and I can save it for you.
We have had a wonderful few weeks ending our year together! Who can believe our school year if over already?
The Terrific Threes last day of school is Tuesday, May 19th.
The Fantastic Fours have a regular day on Monday, May 18th and Graduation on Wednesday, May 20th. We will start promptly at 8:45 AM. After our program and refreshments, your child will be dismissed to go home.
Fantastic Fours were learning about the letter Xx. Can you guess your child from their X-ray?
We completed the religion chapter "I Can Make Things" and began "I Can Grow." We learned that God made everything in our world and like God, we can make some cool things too!
We also started learning about letters this week. We introduced the letter Aa and Ii. We are learning to recognize the letter and play a game with each sound. We will learn more about the letters next year in the Fantastic Fours class.
May 7 -- Sub order pick-up
May 19 -- Last day of school for Terrific Threes
In religion, we completed the chapter "God Made Little Things." This was a fun chapter and went well with our letter W activities.
The letter W is always a wonderful unit! We read Diary of a Worm and painted worms, giving them little hats and bows like in the story. We also had a sensory bin filled with dirt and worms. There was also a bin with gummy worms. We learned how to recognize the letter Ww and identify its sound. It was a wild and wiggly week!
May 7 -- Sub pick up
May 20 -- Graduation
The caterpillars are here!
