.Our weeks have been very busy and seem to be flying by! This week we celebrated Johnny Appleseed's birthday. We learned that Johnny was a helper who loved God very much. We had apples for snack and made apple prints with paint.
We also completed our Religion unit, "I Can Feel." Most of the children loved playing in the shaving cream! What fun!
We began learning about the color blue this week. The children are really enjoying our blue song "Big Blue Whale!" You can find in the YouTube link below.

perfect as we completed our Religion unit, "God Made Helpers." We made homemade applesauce to celebrate Johnny Appleseed and shared it with Mr. Golden and our office staff. It was delicious!
We began learning about the letter C this week. I love this week because we get to paint cupcakes with our special puffy paint after we read If You Give a Cat a Cupcake. We will complete our letter C activities next week with Rainbow Writing and a few other activities in our Smart Books.
We discovered a fun new game on www.abcya.com called "Fuzz Bugs." This has been a great way to practice sorting, counting and comparing. When we complete the game, we get to create our own Fuzz Bug!
