This week we learned that we can work and we can make things. We learned about carpenters and that St. Joseph loved Jesus very much.
We also completed our last shape unit. We had a lot of fun with Stanley Star and our activities. We painted a starfish, practiced colors and following directions, and played a new version of "Snail Mail."
We have been working really hard on learning to recognize our written names. We played a few new games to practice this skill also.
God made fish! This has been another fun religion unit! We used water colors to paint fish and used the ABC Fishing game in our centers. We even went fishing for a snack with pretzels and goldfish crackers.
We learned about the letter V and the /v/ sound, as in van. It's been a busy week!
The children are doing a great job practicing for graduation! They are very excited to share their new songs with you!
