Effective with the 2014 - 2015 school year, Saint Joseph School will partner with the
FACTS tuition management company.
In September, a representative from FACTS, Mr. Ed Ziemski, gave a presentation to our
Saint Joseph Parish Finance Council on how FACTS could help our school and our parents. After hearing the many advantages that FACTS has to offer, our Parish Finance Council voted unanimously that our school should use the program.
In using the services provided by FACTS, all tuition payments will be handled by the management program, allowing us to focus on growing enrollment and development rather than all the record keeping involved with collecting tuition. FACTS offers many advantages. Families will receive access to an online portal allowing them to have access to their account, as well as 24/7 assistance from FACTS employees if they have questions. Also, FACTS will allow multiple tuition and fee payment methods, as well as the ability for families to manage their payment profile. Perhaps best of all, there will be no out-of-pocket fee you have to pay to enroll in a payment plan.
FACTS serves over 6,000 schools nationwide, and is the largest provider of payment plans to faith-based and private PK - 12 schools in the country. Nearly 2 million families enjoy the convenience and flexibility offered by their services.
We will be sending more information to you about FACTS in the coming months. In January, parents will receive a letter explaining more details concerning the program.
On December 11th, our students provided a beautiful Christmas Program for their parents, family, parishioners, and friends. They sang traditional Christmas Carols as well as today's latest versions of Christmas music, and provided a play that focused on the story of Jesus' birth.
The children did their very best and gave an awesome performance! They brought Christmas joy and peace to all who attended.
I thank Mr. Colgan, our music teacher, for his great work with the children and for all his time in setting up the sound system. I also wish to express my appreciation to all teachers for their help in practicing with the children. Thank you, too, to all parents who helped practice with their children, provide costumes, etc.
We thank all members of our Saint Joseph School family for their help and support throughout the year, and we wish everyone a wonderful Christmas filled with God's blessings!
