Welcome to Family and Consumer Science

Our weekly Family and Consumer Science course is taught to our 4th-8th grade students. This course teaches essential life skills that will help prepare students for challenges they will face in the future. Students will gain valuable skills that will help them make informed decisions and lead productive lives. Students will cover a wide range of topics, such as, personal safety and communication skills, nutrition and fitness, mental health, personal finance, environmental awareness, substance abuse, and basic cooking and sewing skills.
